RTLC manufactures pipe from plate or coil in diameters from 30” to 144” OD in wall thicknesses up to 1”. Our roll and welded mill is capable of producing hundreds of feet of rolled product a day to AWWA, ASME, as well as several other standards and specifications. Hydrotest facilities also test pipe sizes up through 144” OD. Our mill is designed to be able to switch pipe sizes quickly and economically, thereby lowering setup costs for short runs typically required by other types of mill operations. Steel in grades commonly used for water pipe, code vessels, and pilings are used consistently in our manufactures. Expanded bells for field welding are available through 144” OD 1” wall.
