When coated and lined properly, steel pipe is without a doubt the strongest, longest lasting product available to carry water and wastewater. With the tremendous improvement in coatings and linings in the last 20 years, life cycles of 100 years for steel piping projects are now obtainable. RTLC has spent the time, money, and effort to build a state of the art coatings facility that enables us to simultaneously blast the ID & OD of our pipe, then simultaneously line and coat with any of the modern sprayed on applications such as epoxies, ceramic epoxies, and hot applied urethanes on pipe diameters up to 156” OD. RTLC also has the equipment to mortar line and mortar coat pipe up to 144” OD, and tapecoat diameters up thru 96” OD. Our coatings personnel are trained and certified applicators for many of the leading coating manufacturers.
